A:No, PCR2.1 have the OTP area. Only transfer immo data from ori to donor. Pin, cs, pc.
You need make immo off or adapt immo files , read cs pin and power class from original eeprom and adapt to new eeprom

A:No sir, VVDI PROG is just an eeprom or Flash reader, it does not modify mileage or repair mileage, but you can read an EEPROM from a Dashboard by VVDI PROG, send the EEPROM to someone who modify the mileage, and you can Write back the modified file back to the DASHBOARD,
