How to Solve Xhorse Dolphin XP007 Failed to Charge Battery?

Problem:

I charged the xhorse dolphin xp007 machine for a while night but it still shows level 1. Then shut down when power was cut off. Any solution?

Solution:

Remove back side of the xp007 machine and remove handle.

You will see this yellow connector. Remove battery.

Test the battery output (24V) of the yellow connector with a multimeter to see if voltage is normal.

Then send the mainboard battery number and report the test result to us to check if need repair.
