How to solve VVDI2 Cannot access sub-remote-pcb

I try to program 03 Audi 231N 433 wireless PCB remote key by using VVDI2 full version and VVDI2 Mini remote programmer, but I failed to prepare key and Xhorse VVDI2 key programmer prompted error ”

Can’t access sub-remote-pcb or sub-remote-pcb with battery.

Reconnect sub-remote-pcb or remove battery and retry.”
