(i) Your destination:
◆ remote area: If your shipping address is a remote area, the delivery time will be 1-2 working days more, and you have to pay some extra shipping cost for remote area. ( EMS, Singapore post and Hongkong post have no remote area).
◆ some remote countries: If your country is remote area, it will also take more 1-2 working days to arrive.
(ii) Your package weight: the package over 21kg will arrive you one day later than that of small package under 21kg.
(iii) Our item stock status: Usually, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
(iiii) The harsh weather condition and festival holiday: sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
