Why is not write key SAAB 9-3 from dump

Hello! i have vvdi prog+vvdi full.become two days ago.all works.great.

please delete in discription FULL!!!
its not full.
need pay 700euro fpr fem bdc key
also need pay 100 euro for id 48 cloning+ need extra adapter for 80euro

os the tools is not full.
in discription is whritte dont need extra autorisation.(this is not true)

if im whront ok,opne this funktios for better price for my tool.

because stand aleone fem bdm key tool cost only 400euro
and vvdi key tool wich can clone id48 key costs hole abot 200euro

for what have vvdi2 edc17 dump tool ?wich need extra activation?withput is useless.

in germany we dont need keykutter.

isntalled and updates installed.but shows cant connect to vvdi2

my test is ontable without connect to a car.or need it the connection to the car?
